Spodbudili smo k hoji ob polni luni (pred 15. decembrom), nadaljevali pa smo tudi s spodbudo k redni vadbi za gibljivost - koliko, katere vaje in kakšni bodo rezultati je povedala vodja Fit Cityja Polona Gosar.

Pohodniški korak smo naravnali z napovedjo 38. popotovanja po Levstikovi poti, rekreativno spodbudo pa nadaljevali s pogovorom o spinningu - vodeni vadbi na stacionarnih kolesih v dvorani.
