  • Essential listening

This podcast has been brilliant. I listened to it religiously last year for my 1st Comrades and am doing the same again as I go for my Back to Back. It’s full of essential advice for completing the race but it’s also a must if you want to understand more about the history and culture of the Comrades. Can’t wait for the down run and fingers crossed another medal. Good to hear Coach Parry is a Kaiser Chiefs fan, Lucas Radebe was a fantastic player and Captain for us at LUFC

Recently I have seen more and more articles about daily supplements such a creatine, protein shakes, pre-work out, post workout, and all sorts... more
