Outstanding tips and guidance to help anyone that might be Comrades curious one day. This pod was crucial for my success. Thanks gentlemen.
This podcast was great! Really helps to understand what to expect in the day.
This podcast has been brilliant. I listened to it religiously last year for my 1st Comrades and am doing the same again as I go for my Back to Back. It’s full of essential advice for completing the race but it’s also a must if you want to understand more about the history and culture of the Comrades. Can’t wait for the down run and fingers crossed another medal. Good to hear Coach Parry is a Kaiser Chiefs fan, Lucas Radebe was a fantastic player and Captain for us at LUFC

I must say this is super good and a must listen for any first timers like myself. It helps to calm those nerves just a bit!
