This is the best running podcast I’ve found! I check daily for new episodes and connect so well to all of them. Susan has a way to cut the fluff and give you tangible tools to use during each run. I’m not an ultra marathoner but I am training for my first marathon and find everything she shares useful!! I love this and looking forward to more of Susan’s wisdom and helping me to become the true ... more
