Kory Marchisotto, the trailblazing CMO of e.l.f., and Jon Evans, the perpetually fired host of the Uncensored CMO, team up to talk about the things leaders usually avoid talking about; failures, numbers, getting fired, and so on. The renegade duo fire through topics at speed, on a 20-minute time limit… ish.

Jon and Kory, I hope this reaches more people.
You’re talking about so many things we all experience in corporate environments but don’t always feel comfortable saying out loud. It’s honest, refreshing, and very needed.
I especially loved the focus on kindness. It gives me real hope that more companies can build cultures like e.l.f. And Kory, I’ll say it here too… I really hope you never stick to the 20-minute idea you mentioned. This deserves way more space. It’s elfing amazing. Xoxo Dayana
I have been a big fan of both Jon and Kory for a long time. Love this match up and the honest exchange and share of information from a leadership POV, not only a marketing lens. Would love the episodes to consistently be more around the 30 min mark, 20 mins feels too quick but the slightly longer ones feel perfect. Keep it up!
