I recently discovered this podcast and have loved every episode. It’s perfect for any young girl boss who wants a big sister to lead her into the world
Elana has a amazing podcast. She seems to have a pulse on what’s going on in the world at the present time and gives you a very refreshing and down-to-earth perspective. Time flies when you’re listening to it, I like to listen to it on the way to work.

Just listened to part 2 of the podcast talking about moving to Chicago. It came at the perfect time in my life because I am planning my first move away from my hometown to Chicago. A lot of really good information that can supplement some of the beginning research you do individually.
Elena, I just came across your podcast for the first time yesterday. My favorite episodes are 20 and 14. Listening to both episodes made me feel positive and happy. Thank you I’m looking forward to more of your podcasts.🤍🤍🤍
Great podcast
Elena is a genius and all her advice will lead u to success hands down. She is success herself.
Great podcast, funny while insightful. Great to listen about the journey of a successful young professional who continues to learn and embrace new stages of her life
I came to this pod as an alfa fan and I just downloaded all of the episodes! I love how open and candid all of the episodes are :)
I think it’s the openness and approachability with which elena digests often stressful subjects that has the effect of making me feel connected, and in turn, motivated. I find myself listening in at moments of stress before starting difficult tasks - the beginning of a work week, the bottom of a mountain, etc. keep it up
I love this podcast as someone that is in a similar place as Elena who is a young woman starting her career and figuring herself out. Her honest attitude and confidence is great when I want a little mood booster. I enjoy playing the podcast when I’m getting ready to go out as it feels like I’m listening to a friend give good advice. After the episode is over, I am reminded that there is nothing I can’t fight for and that I should always put myself first. Totally recommend!
Elena is such an amazing speaker and she is so relatable that it truly feels like you’re having a conversation with your bestie when listening to her podcast. I love that she never holds back and speaks on variety of relatable topics including relationships, career, networking, health, beauty, and so much more! I can’t wait for many more episodes to come!
I cannot recommend this podcast enough! Elena is a natural entertainer and speaker:) The podcast is entertaining, educational, funny, and relatable! You won’t be disappointed.
