  • The practical side of Apologetics

So many people think that apologetics is just for eggheads to argue over splitting hairs. They don’t realize that it is for grounding our faith in something that far transcends emotion. No matter the suffering, when something is true, it’s true whether I feel it or not. I like to say that Faith in Jesus saved my life, but apologetics regularly saves my faith.

  • Relatable and Solid

Teasi so beautifully bridges the gap between the head and the heart when it comes to apologetics and real life application. There is something for everyone in each episode that contains real-life hope and truth to cling to in suffering of all kinds. Every Christian should listen!!

  • A Podcast to Bind the Wounds of the Broken

Teasi’s new podcast is a balm to the soul. She asks great, heartfelt questions and then gets out of the way to let the guest speak. Her encouragement to the body of Christ will have ripple effects, I believe. She and her guests don’t give shallow, “self-help” answers to painful questions. Rather they give a solid ground to stand on in the midst of a storm. Her heart for the broken is evident. She is soft spoken, but not soft in her theology! Thanks for working on this project, Teasi. I pray it w... more

  • Comfort for the soul

Always a fan of Teasi, now thoroughly loving this podcast, especially recent guest Phoenix Hayes SO MUCH. As a mature Christian I crabs the depth and non-fluffy material covered. I don’t want to hear “everything is going to be fine” and “God just wants you to be happy.” I want the truth spoken in the Scriptures, and shown in real life situations we all face. Thank you for this wonderful and truly comforting podcast!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

From Collapse to Clarity: A Family Story of Trauma, Loss, and Hope with Amy Birks
Q: Why do you still trust God after all you've been through, and what sustains that trust in Scripture?
She cites God's faithfulness and Her understanding of Scripture in proper context as pillars. Even when life was chaotic, she felt God's presence, and the gospel's truth about salvation and His faithfulness provides security beyond circumstances.
From Collapse to Clarity: A Family Story of Trauma, Loss, and Hope with Amy Birks
Q: Between leaving the Salvation Army and losing Gideon, what new things were you learning that set you free or helped you untie doctrinal knots?
Amy describes discovering more flexible church contexts, engaging apologetics communities, and re-evaluating what matters most: the core gospel, not institutional rules. This period included exposure to The American Gospel Documentary, which shifted attention from worship style to preaching content, and joining Women in Apologetics, which helped discern essentials from secondary issues.
The Private Pain of Online Ministry: Masking, Neurodivergence, and Insecurity
Q: What role does the resurrection play in how you experience God's love and your identity?
The resurrection anchors belief that God's promises are true beyond emotional fluctuations, and it supports a secure identity in Christ that transcends personal feelings.
The Private Pain of Online Ministry: Masking, Neurodivergence, and Insecurity
Q: How does imposter syndrome influence your approach to apologetics and online engagement?
It makes me more careful to verify claims and to pursue integrity, ensuring I can justify what I say with solid evidence while avoiding arrogance.
The Private Pain of Online Ministry: Masking, Neurodivergence, and Insecurity
Q: What do you mean by masking, and how does it affect your faith and ministry?
Masking is about presenting a composed, confident persona in public while wrestling with inner insecurity; recognizing this helps in choosing honesty and relying on God's strength rather than solely on personal performance.
