So many people think that apologetics is just for eggheads to argue over splitting hairs. They don’t realize that it is for grounding our faith in something that far transcends emotion. No matter the suffering, when something is true, it’s true whether I feel it or not. I like to say that Faith in Jesus saved my life, but apologetics regularly saves my faith.
Teasi so beautifully bridges the gap between the head and the heart when it comes to apologetics and real life application. There is something for everyone in each episode that contains real-life hope and truth to cling to in suffering of all kinds. Every Christian should listen!!
I absolutely love the True Comfort Podcast with Teasi Cannon! Every episode feels like a warm hug for the heart and a gentle reminder of God’s grace. Teasi’s authenticity, wisdom, and humor make you feel like you’re sitting with a dear friend who truly gets it. Her words always point back to Jesus and leave me encouraged, comforted, and filled with peace. This podcast has become one of my absolute favorites—I can’t recommend it enough!
Teasi’s new podcast is a balm to the soul. She asks great, heartfelt questions and then gets out of the way to let the guest speak. Her encouragement to the body of Christ will have ripple effects, I believe. She and her guests don’t give shallow, “self-help” answers to painful questions. Rather they give a solid ground to stand on in the midst of a storm. Her heart for the broken is evident. She is soft spoken, but not soft in her theology! Thanks for working on this project, Teasi. Always a fan of Teasi, now thoroughly loving this podcast, especially recent guest Phoenix Hayes SO MUCH. As a mature Christian I crabs the depth and non-fluffy material covered. I don’t want to hear “everything is going to be fine” and “God just wants you to be happy.” I want the truth spoken in the Scriptures, and shown in real life situations we all face. Thank you for this wonderful and truly comforting podcast!

This show blends heartfelt personal stories with rigorous Christian apologetics, often centered on suffering, doubt, and healing. Across episodes, guests share real-life trials—loss, illness, trauma, and relational struggles—paired with theological reflection and practical faith-grounded guidance. The host steers conversations toward authentic, Scripture-based comfort, evidence for belief, and mercy-filled wisdom, making it helpful for listeners seeking deeper reassurance and clarity in difficult seasons. A notable trait is the consistent emphasis on vulnerability, disciplined thinking, and a no-fluff approach to belief, suffering, and hopeful purpose.
