I’m a new triathlete in my 50s. I’ve been a runner Half and Full marathon runner for a number of years. I discovered the podcast and swim foundations in 2021 when I decided to do my first Sprint distance. Unfortunately a major shoulder injury on the bike forced me to postpone until 2022. The materials and content on Heart Rate Zone training helped me get back in a healthy and manageable way in 2022. Horrible start to your last podcast. Bad form, Taren, to discuss how you had 100 drinks over 4 days and swam in a pool in your own puke. I hung with you through your image issues during Covid. But I’m out now. You act like you’re too much of an expert when you’re not. Unsubscribing after finishing this review.
