Taryn is a sports dietitian and a triathlete — and it shows. The advice is practical and clear. The episodes are short and to the point, and I finish every episode with at least one tip I can implement immediately. The interviews with age-groupers are a standout too: real athletes, real lives, and useful takeaways. Well worth a listen!
