  • The Author takes over her guests

While The Author of this Podcasts is really kind and has some good insights, she talks too much and doesn’t let the “experts” she interviews and her guests go into depth about their expertise and knowledge. I was really looking forward to hearing from one of her guests, Dr. Janice Webb, who has expertise in CEN. However the author talked most of the time on the subject and gave her own, sometimes misguided insights, when I really wanted to hear more from her guest.

Positive and insightful. Dr.Shaler is an incredible host by allowing guest the opportunity to answer the questions with ease didn't talk over her guest. She asks questions that the guest must contemplate before answering questions to get a complete thought.

  • Going way beyond the topic

Rhoberta Shaler and her guest, Dr. Marcia Reynolds, talked about self-talk, but I found that they hit on so many other aspects of emotions and relationships. An amazing show with a great line of thought-provoking questions. One of my favorites is "What are you moving toward?" And if you ever find yourself in a situation where you are angry, this show has some great advice for you.
