The Training Science podcast is one of my weekly go to podcasts. I love how the hosts explore different areas of sports science through a lens of a coach. Many insightful conversations with legends in the sport sciences and coaching. As an athlete and a coach, I love to check in every week!
One of the best shows about exercise training. Great variety of guests. Athletes, coaches, scientists, entrepreneurs. I have learned so much from this show!
