在內地，「隱形加班」勞動爭議案的裁決引起關注。有在北京的「打工仔」表示，下班後的深夜、休息日等時間都會收到客戶訊息，大部分要即時處理，難免影響心情或生活。 有內地律師提到，北京的法院早前審理「隱形加班」的索償案，裁定員工在非工作時間仍要按社交媒體訊息工作是加班，認為案件可以在新時代下，保障員工權益。他又說，員工有舉證責任，例如提供聊天紀錄、郵件等作為加班證據。 有學者分析指，內地仍有加班文化，估計不少員工會選擇忍氣吞聲，但認為案件可以提升社會對「隱形加班」的關注。 記者黃貝紋報道
內地連續第2年人口下跌，國家衛健委副主任于學軍接受本台訪問時說，在國家城市化和婦女教育水平提高的背景下，生育下降是一個必然趨勢。他認為生育數量政策，已經起不到決定性作用，關鍵在推動經濟社會發展，令家庭有能力和意願生育。 有內地學者認為，目前計劃生育政策應該聚焦夫妻趁早生育第一個小孩，建議中央向每名願意生二孩或三孩的女性，增加補貼，同時加強女性生育科普知識宣傳，鼓勵單身女性趁早雪藏卵子，為未來的生育計劃做好準備。 本台北京新聞中心記者李臻昇在《透視大中華》報道。

疫後青少年境外交流、實習活動重啟，配合本港政府大力推動《青年發展藍圖》落實工作，單是在2023/24年度，就提供超過4800個實習及36000多個內地及海外交流名額，包括鼓勵青年親身體驗國家的歷史文化並了解最新發展。 廣州市穗港澳青少年交流中心表示，近4年已有過千間企業，提供多個實習崗位，吸引超過5000多名港澳青年參加，形容反應正面。 青年聯會主席、立法會議員梁毓偉說，自去年通關後，大批青年到內地交流；政府計劃放寬交流實習的限制，令更多青少年有機會參與有關活動。 記者李嘉雯報道。
內地不少城市積極發展「夜經濟」，其中浙江杭州的「武林夜市」今年農曆新年期間，平均每日有10多萬人次到訪，比往年同期增加大約兩成。負責管理的單位說，夜市除了為小商戶帶來收入，亦希望旅客體驗到當地文化特色和產品。 當地商會代表說，很早以前沒有「夜經濟」可言，是經過近十幾年發展，加上人口結構改變，杭州的夜經濟才愈來愈蓬勃。商會說，市政府除了向市民發放消費券，亦向延長營業時間的商戶提供優惠，並透過增加文娛體育設施，吸引多些人收工後出來消費。 記者林漢山報道
