Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

An Interview with Thom Allen
Q: So, is data collected from surveys always going to be something that we should be skeptical about?
Yes, you should be skeptical as many surveys are done poorly or produced to achieve a desired result.
An Interview with Thom Allen
Q: What would you say to somebody who's just starting off and who wants to start getting into survey design?
I would suggest working in a call center for a month or two to learn how to interact with people, and also explore easy-to-digest textbooks about survey design.
An Interview with Thom Allen
Q: What happens now when you encounter surveys?
I run through my checklist in my head about better ways that a person might have done this survey; I try to look for the good things they're doing rather than focusing on negatives.
