  • Changing my life!

This podcast is eye opening and addressing issues I’ve dealt with for years (and researching with no real answers). I’d love to hear more about your diet suggestions. I’m about to try gluten-free, even though I don’t have celiac. My diet is crap and I need to do better!

  • Dr. Amy is awesome!!!

Awesome podcast! It’s just short enough to get the information & re-listen if needed. Her group genetic rockstars has changed my life. Also, her YouTube monthly Q&A is amazing where you can ask your own questions. She’s very open minded & an ACTUAL doctor with a podcast (which is very hard to find!!!).
