  • Not good

What is left to say about Carton?

McMonigle could be good but really needs to grow a thicker skin. Try not to get so upset when people don’t agree with you. Believe it or not, you don’t have all the answers. You are a radio producer/sports host.

  • I HATE THIS CLOWN SHOW!

I wish Apple podcasts would stop suggesting this show!! I never want to hear it because I've heard enough of Craig Cartoon and Fatty McBarnacle is a Yankee shill and represents everything that's hatable about Yankee fans--obnoxious, dismissive, trolly, arrogant.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Emmanuel Berbari On The Yankees At The Deadline | 'WFAN Daily with Pete Hoffman'
Q: What is most likely the upgrade target at the deadline for the Yankees, catcher or shortstop?
The guest suggests that catcher upgrades are the most likely and high-priority area, with shortstop also being considered, but the immediate buzz has been on fortifying behind the plate while potentially keeping Lombard as a long-term option.
Mets Trade Clay Holmes to Cubs as Yankees Deadline Pressure Mounts
Q: With an hour to go, should the Yankees push for more help, or are they waiting to see how Judge's health affects options?
The panel suggests the Yankees probably need another catcher and a big bat, but health uncertainty around Judge complicates any bigger, more risky moves; the consensus is they need impact help to stay in the pennant race.
Mets Trade Clay Holmes to Cubs as Yankees Deadline Pressure Mounts
Q: Clay Holmes, National League or American League, and Tyrone Taylor to the Cubs—what's the full scope of that deal?
The Mets sent Holmes and Tyrone Taylor to the Cubs in exchange for a top Cubs prospect, signaling a shift toward youth and salary shedding for the Mets, while the Cubs add potential impact pieces to help them contend.
Anthony DiComo on the Mets Trade Deadline | 'WFAN Daily with Pete Hoffman'
Q: What is the likelihood of Francisco Lindor being traded at this deadline?
Anthony suggests the Lindor trade is plausible only if an extraordinary, highly favorable offer comes in that could fit the 2027 winning plan; otherwise, moving a long-term, high-salary shortstop is very difficult, and teams may prefer to preserve the core for future seasons.
Chris McMonigle Wants the Yankees to STEAL These 2 Trade Deadline Targets NOW!
Q: Deb in Connecticut asks about the best catcher option to help the pitching staff.
The host notes Wells is solid defensively but offensively limited, and expresses concern that integrating a new catcher mid-season is complex due to pitchers' familiarity and game planning; they discuss several catching options with varying tradeoffs between defense and offense.
