Evan Roberts, co-host of WFAN’s Evan & Tiki, is a crazy obsessed New York Met fan. A season ticket holder who scores every game. He’s a bit nuts and is ready to bring that nuttiness to you. That’s right, a podcast all about the New York Mets. After every series they play, he’s gonna podcast. After some crazy wins or losses, he’s gonna podcast. He’s gonna do it about the New York Mets and all that ... more

The Mets get smoked the first two games of the series by a score of 16-2 to the Cardinals. Juan Soto came in on Thursday and said "No sweep on my watch" as he took a late inning lead with a solo home run to avoid the 3-game sweep. Mets are still play... more
The Mets are officially done with the west coast part of the 2026 season. The late nights are over. At the very least, the final game ends in a positive as the Mets take two of three from the Padres. P.S. T-Shirts are back on sale if you want to buy ... more

The Mets were two hit throughout game one of their series in Seattle. Those two hits though were home runs that gave them a 2-1 lead until Josh Naylor tied it late in the game. Unfortunately for the Mets, the Mariners offense isn't as anemic as they ... more

It’s really impressive how Evan can carry an hour long show on every series and stay coherent let alone give interesting but relatable analysis about the team. The only times the show sags are the requisite kicks to Hoff… who… just isn’t it.
Get rid of the net negative player for each series, and I would change it to a 5 star podcast. It’s amazing even when the Mets win a game or a series, you and Pete are so negative. This is becoming an “LD” podcast!!
I find the podcast entertaining but it seems like it has more ads than other casts I listen to. Evan does have a full time job so I don’t see why he feels the need to bombard us with drop in ads and reads every 7 minutes like this is an actual radio program. Yes I know I can just fast forward through them but that is cumbersome and makes listening a chore.
Hoffman trying to turn every little thing into a national crisis is exhausting. Between the accent and the nonsense coming out of his face, I can feel my brain cells actively dying as I listen to him. Less Hoffman, more Roberts, please
Jerry Koosman has thrown more career innings to a lower career ERA than five Hall of Fames pitchers: Jack Morris, Mike Mussina, Waite Hoyt, CC Sabathia and Herb Pennock. Conversely the only two pitchers in the last hundred years not in the Hall of Fame who have thrown more innings to a lower ERA than Koosman are Tommy John and Roger Clemens. As recently as 1984 Koosman threw 230 innings to 3.20 ERA. He was 42 years old. Yes Dope, not only did Koosman deserve his number retired he absolutely shou... more

A high-energy Mets-focused show that blends game-by-game breakdowns with fan-driven commentary and humor. Across episodes, the hosts dissect series results, bullpen decisions, and key player performances while weaving in personal anecdotes, fan emails, and pop-culture riffs. The dynamic showcases deep team knowledge, a readiness to critique management, and a strong sense of fandom, making it a compelling listen for devoted Mets fans who want both tactical analysis and entertaining banter. A standout is the balance between data-minded breakdowns and infectious enthusiasm, with several episodes highlighting up-and-coming players and the emotional roller-coaster of following a high-payroll, youth-forward roster.
