Asia and Charles share young adult books with each other that one of them read, but the other never got to, and they see how these young adult staples appear when read or re-read as adults. Avid reader? Why not revisit all your Young Adult favorites with Throwback Paperback? Starting with the Percy Jackson series, the show’s amazing hosts Asia and Charles go through a number of childhood classics to determine whether or not they still hold up today. So, so good.
Lockdown has been tough but I feel like I’ve found a home and activity in this young adult book club.
Great chemistry and insight. Asia and Charles friendship comes through and it enhances the book club experience. You feel like you’re right there with them. Make sure to not sleep on this subscription!
Charles and Asia are brilliant hosts. I love listening to them talk about the different books in the Percy Jackson & the Olympians series. They transport me back to my Middle School days with their content. They definitely let their personalities shine through while keeping me both engaged and entertained. I usually do not like podcasts, but Charles and Asia keep me interested. I can’t wait to see how they develop their podcast even more as time goes on. Everybody should listen to them!
Incredible hosts. Dope content. Much depth.
