I had the honour of being interviewed for S5 EP22 and had a wonderful time with Dr Colin! I love how compassionate he is and how our conversation flowed. I appreciate Dr Colin taking a wholistic approach, where it’s not only about one thing like diet.. it’s an entire range of topics all related to thriving as a human. Thrive Bites is worth a listen and a follow!
