Love APBA but the production value and quality of this pod is so bad, it’s almost unlistenable.
This semi-regular podcast has info about everything APBA related. If you are looking for American Power Boats or Professional Behavioral Analyst then you are in a much better place if you listen to this podcast!
Love the podcast reminds me of the thrill I got receiving the game in the mail each season.
One favorite memories I had was camping with my parents as a teen. Driving through Lancaster PA realizing we were driving on Millersville road. Checking the addresses as my dad drove down the road finally passing the 1001 address. I demanded my parents stop. A thrill for me as a kid that I remember to this day.
APBA Games has one of the finest and eloquent hosts there is in John Asalon. The listener stays engaged as John relays key sports information all while interviewing prime APBA gamers. My favorite podcast!!!

This show centers on the APBA tabletop baseball community, mixing industry updates with colorful interviews from players, organizers, and notable personalities within the hobby. Episodes frequently cover tournament news, game design details, upcoming product releases, and convention experiences, with a strong emphasis on camaraderie, family and community impact, and the nostalgia of baseball culture. A standout trait is the balance between deep APBA specifics (card sets, rules, and tournament formats) and personal stories from longtime fans and organizers, which helps both newcomers and veteran players feel connected to a broad, passionate community.
