I am really enjoying this new podcast that helps women over 40 feel good in their bodies. After spending so much time focusing on everyone else, I am (re)committing to taking care of myself and my health this year. Lauren’s advice is so helpful and thought provoking. I am so thankful I have this podcast as a resource to guide me on this journey.
I listened to the first episode of This Life Gets Good and one small takeaway that really stuck with me is slowing down before I eat and adjusting my posture and just taking a second to pause.
I tried it before the episode ended and now I do it every time I sit down. I seriously cannot believe what a difference it's making!
I love how practical and doable this feels especially as a busy mom. I highly recommend!
Lauren does an excellent job of demystifying what happens to women in their 40s as they navigate perimenopause, busy family lives, and prioritizing self-care. I felt seen in a way that I haven’t with similar podcasts. I also appreciate that each episode is short. That makes it much easier to listen and digest the content while I’m running from place to place.
Lauren is such a great host. She’s compelling with mixing research about health and her personal experiences. She’s relatable and makes me feel like achieving my goals is attainable with clear and easily implementable strategies. Give her a listen—you’ll love it!
