    I just listened to the clothing workouts and there wasn’t hardly any practical tips whatsoever. The entire episode was one big advertisement.

    I get that they need to make money but this was way overboard.

    So informative with real life talk that all women can relate to. Love that this topic is finally being openly discussed, so women are able to educate themselves and support each other. All I remember was my mother referring to “the change” back in the day, like it was a taboo topic, “no more”… thank you for this.
