I SO enjoy this podcast. Beck and Heather are endlessly thoughtful, funny, and insightful. I’d say anyone doing community action work should listen to this, but really it’s immensely valuable for anyone trying to show up as a better leader and human at work.
I loved being a guest on The Thinking CAAP podcast! Beck Moore is a compassionate, forward-thinking leader, and he and co-host Heather Holloway create uplifting, meaningful conversations. It’s an inspiring show for anyone passionate about strengthening communities and human services in PA, not just those who work in that field.
Great information shared about workplace culture! As someone from outside the CAP network, I look forward to tuning in to learn more about the work of such important community organizations and digging into topics we can all benefit from. Love the play on words for the podcast title. #bestpodcastnameever
