A wealth of wisdom! Thanks Jason and Jim.
These guys have really good info for non-profit fundraisers and it’s clear they know their business. If I could rate the podcast on their knowledge, it would get 5 stars easy.
But one host HAS to stop jumping in with “yeah”, “sure”, or “uh uh” every five seconds. It’s incredibly distracting. If I were rating the podcast on this part, it would get 1 star. It’s such an easy fix so I hope they see this (and other reviews that mention it as well) and make that change.
The content is good, but one of you does a great job of quietly listening while the other talks. One is NOT. I know it seems to be affirming or encouraging. But in this media it is 100% distracting.
Please make that adjustment so your content will go further.
In love with this show and the forward thinking surrounding fundraising.
It is VERY distracting to hear one of the hosts say “yeah” “yep” “yes” MULTIPLE times throughout the episode. So so distracting, and kind of annoying honestly.
That aside, the content is awesome and these guys definitely know what they’re talking about.
I am new to the donor development world and this podcast has given me language to understand my boss better. I’ve learned a lot and am starting to implement some ideas from the episodes. Thank you for helping others get better!

Fundraising-focused discussions for nonprofit leaders, with a emphasis on practical donor development, vision-led fundraising models, and faith-aligned ethics. Episodes explore frameworks that convert events into ongoing donor relationships, compare modern vision dinner approaches to traditional banquets, and feature real-world case studies from faith-based schools and ministries. The show often pairs tactical guidance on major gifts, monthly giving, and planned giving with stories from guests and clients that illustrate measurable fundraising outcomes. A notable strength is translating complex fundraising concepts into repeatable strategies, though pacing and host dynamics can be uneven in some episodes.
