Phoebe has a beautiful, calming voice (it was so nice to discover a yoga nidra podcaster with an Australian accent!). She scripts each yoga nidra with such care and attention to detail. I’ve listened to most of them multiple times and they never cease to draw me into that precious state where I can rest and be renewed. I’m so grateful Phoebe has undertaken this project!
Awwww thank you for sharing your kind gentle way!
I listen to one of these also every night. Thank you so much
I love these Yoga Nidra meditations. They’ve helped me through many rough days, and consistent practice has made it easier for me to stay calm and think more clearly under pressure. Phoebe makes practice easy, with her clear guidance and kind soothing voice. Many thanks to you, Phoebe!
These meditations are amazing!!! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and CranioSacral Therapist, and I recommend these to my clients for follow up care all the time! I personally use them as well to help with sleep and stress levels. I’ve tried other yoga nidra podcasts but I just keep coming back to this one.
