    As a practicing therapist and now co founder of a center that uses the Melillo Method, I’ve been aware of the way the brain handles Trauma, but not to the degree described here.     I LOVE this podcast! I have been following Doctor Melillo’s work for a few years now. I have purchased one of his at home Adult ADHD courses and struggle to complete the 3 month of protocol. But I can absolutely see the big picture and believe this will help me in so many ways . I have often come back to his instagram or YouTube to get motivated to try again but they are so since heavy I feel like I won’t be able to achieve following throw with his protocols.
