Thank you so much for putting together these discussions. I've had very positive experiences with "alternative medicine" but struggle to explain or justify my experiences to people who are tightly rooted to our western healthcare system. This knowledge is so important. I work with older adults who often feel completely dependent on our western system and they could be so helped by a more integrated approach. .

Thank you for sharing your studies and research on these subjects! I will have to share this with so many people. And this helps explain lots of the experiences I have had as a professional in the “alternative medicine” field of a certain modality. I love the idea of incorporating both western medicine and these types of treatments. The patients’ and all the involved practitioners’ beliefs has always been apparently a huge factor in results.
