League needs more shows like this and the Postcast
This is a fun podcast, that does a pretty good job of being fair and giving out good info around the league. Definitely a great resource for MLS news and sometimes some other stuff. Highly recommend, great stuff, all time top podcasters, super smart
Fun coverage of all things MLS, even for newcomers to the league. Hot takes and fun guests.
I don’t have time to keep up with the league outside of my team. It’s a great way to get the feel of the league in a fun environment.
I never loved Extra Time, because I could tell that the hosts always had to toe the line for 🍎 TV. This podcast is better AND fills the void of MLS league-wide coverage AND I don’t have to worry that discussing Miami will get 90% of the total time like on 🍎 . win win win. I like to hear blunt opinions even if I disagree with them.
Key themes from listener reviews, highlighting what works and what could be improved about the show.

A lighthearted, MLS-focused panel discusses the week's top league storylines with rapid-fire takes, data-flavored analysis, and playful banter. Episodes routinely cover transfer activity, roster rules, broadcasting, and the business side of MLS, often tying in star power (notably Messi) and league economics to explain on-field outcomes. The format blends fan perspective with sharp opinions and occasional interviews or guest segments, making complex league dynamics approachable and entertaining. Noteworthy is the recurring emphasis on GAM and roster economics, plus a willingness to speculate wildly while staying anchored in MLS realities. Potential listeners who enjoy a casual, humorous but informed take on American soccer and MLS culture sh... more
