This is great pro metabolic information, but I’m personally offended by Kitty’s use of profanities. I would like to promote this podcast to my friends, but in all good conscience, I don’t feel that I am at liberty to do so because of the offensive language used by Kitty. If she could withhold the explicatives, it would definitely be a five star podcast.
Great information but completely turned off by her frequent cursing. Is that necessary? Maybe that's part of her schtick and she thinks it makes her sound tough and edgy. It's incredibly unprofessional. I don't mind cursing in the day-to-day but please, on a podcast? Give us the information in a professional manner.
This is the first time I have listened to Kitty while I was walking my dogs. I had to leave a review and I normally don’t bother on podcasts. After listening to this episode and loving just how genuine and real Kitty is I had to go to her website nustrength. I had surgery last year and am still having to do guided exercise physio so I can’t do her training program just yet but I did buy her recipe book. Let me say I love it! It’s so real and practical all of these other fitness ones are low carb... more
This was excellent. I have had chronic pain myself for decades. I met Jim in October 2023 nerve lock treatments. I can learn physical exercises for my health, I understand the concept of stress causing pain. after listening to this podcast, I can honestly say that I get it what he’s been trying to tell me.
I would definitely be interested in knowing what kind of path a person goes on to read the body of trauma stored pain. Somatic exercises, what kinds of therapy for the brain?
