  • Best advice ever.

    Kitty and Craig’s podcast is truly amazing. The range of topics and the guests are so cool. They reinforce the basics and got me inspired. Everyday the podcast moves me from apathy to “go get it” in a way that is resonates for me. I really enjoy that I get exposed to some amazing guests that I wouldn’t get to connect with in my usual world. Great mix of amazing client stories, and health and fitness peeps. Love it.
