Goodness there is a lot of interesting information available in this podcast. Honesty and a lot of observation back the claims. Good on you. Not sure though on one angle about this. When you all reach post 60 you might see the folly of what is being chased. So much narcissism at times is rather off putting. I am not sure what is being handed on at times to the next generation. It does seem from a very global perspective that it is all the same. Weight management and image. Same thing really but... more
Good information but the use of the F bomb as an adjective makes you sound uneducated. You need to work on expanding your vocabulary.
Thank you to Kitty and her guests for their relatable advise which makes so much sense! Your podcasts have helped me to be real and honest, last year I had a cancer scare and double mastectomy which really affected my confidence, menopause doesn’t help!! Your series has supported me to stop overthinking and get out there to see the results I want, I am healthier than ever and pushing forward to new goals in relation to strength and nutrition. I have made notes from your podcasts, the most helpfu... more
This is great pro metabolic information, but I’m personally offended by Kitty’s use of profanities. I would like to promote this podcast to my friends, but in all good conscience, I don’t feel that I am at liberty to do so because of the offensive language used by Kitty. If she could withhold the explicatives, it would definitely be a five star podcast.
Great information but completely turned off by her frequent cursing. Is that necessary? Maybe that's part of her schtick and she thinks it makes her sound tough and edgy. It's incredibly unprofessional. I don't mind cursing in the day-to-day but please, on a podcast? Give us the information in a professional manner.
