After listening to this episode and loving just how genuine and real Kitty is I had to go to her website nustrength. I had surgery last year and am still having to do guided exercise physio so I can’t do her training program just yet but I did buy her recipe book. Let me say I love it! I was really looking forward to this episode and getting some useful points as I have a friend who keeps trying to convince me of IF. After listening, I don’t feel I could come with any refutable evidence. The last half of the episode got slightly better but not by much.

I can’t believe how much information Kitty and Craig so generously share, and I love the no BS approach and the variety of interesting guests. And, Kitty cracks me up, all the time :-)
