Karen Sutton’s podcast has given me so much hope and comfort in the last few months. I am a widow of 9 months. Karen’s soothing approach with such helpful information is healing and makes me feel less alone in my grief. I am forever grateful to you Karen❤️
If I could give a 10 rating instead of a five for these podcasts I would. They have been an amazing support and got me through some very very dark times. Surrounding yourself with people in a similar environment and listening to their stories are the only way forward. Karen’s voice is lovely to listen to and her guests are diverse and interesting. I can’t recommend these enough.
This podcast has given me the words to my current story. I lost my husband of 40 years 9 months ago. This is the hardest time in my life. Listening gives me hope that someday it will become easier.
Karen is very clear and precise with her deliverance discussing the aspects of grief, but also giving you a different perspective through loss… we can all find our way to do something different after loss, to smile again and to love life again.
I just listened to the first podcast, and what a lift it gave me. I’m ten months into my journey and it’s been difficult and I have been feeling like I’m not progressing like I should be. Thanks for showing me to grieve how I need to,not how others think I should be. I will definitely listen to more of your podcast. Thank you so much for being here.
