    I’ve just been through the first anniversary of my husbands sudden death and although I was determined not to dwell on the date , as I couldn’t miss him any more than I do the other 364 days that have passed , it hit me like a bulldozer , I was a mess and felt I had gone backwards .   • The best resource for widows

    After my husband died December 17, 2024 very suddenly and traumatically I knew I was going to need a lot of help managing the overwhelming grief.

    I had never experienced such physical pain and shock. I had found a few widow podcasts but Karen’s is the one I listen to every day for the last 4 months catching up on all the years prior episodes.
