  • Stop Telling Kids “Don’t Be Bossy”

    I found this podcast recently as I follow Whole Parent on the socials and I listen to an episode a day! I really enjoy listening to all of Jon’s helpful tips with parenting. Seriously my favorite parent creator out there! It’s incredibly helpful to have an episode for very relevant topics going on in my house and I feel encouraged after every episode! I really like having several questions per episode btw!

    As a physician and mother of two, Jon’s instagram/book/this podcast have been a perfect blend of evidence based neuroscience research and practical parenting advice that has helped me to balance the hard parts of parenting with the parent I want to be. Thankful for his reminder to be curious, it’s changed the way I handle hard moments with my 3 year old. Highly recommend! 🙏🏻
