I’ve recently started a watch though of all of classic Doctor Who in honor of the 60th anniversary. There were plenty of podcasts out there for the new series, but for the classic series and in order, it was few and far in between. Luckily, I found this podcast, and it is everything I’m looking for! The hosts have a great interplay and are knowledgeable about the franchise. I struggle with the serial format of Classic Who so being able to experience it through Beth and David’s insightful commentary. They’re able to articulate the appeal of the classic series in a way I can understand and appreciate: through the lens and sensibilities of a modern viewer.

I always get excited when a new Doctor Who podcast materialises and I generally love them all but The Who Watch Podcast has hit it out of the stratosphere with their triumphant first episode!
