Radio Free Skaro is possibly the most popular, most prolific and charmingly irreverent (but never irrelevant) Doctor Who podcast around. Since August 2006, hosts Warren (in Vancouver, BC) and Steven (in Edmonton, AB) have provided listeners with their brand of amusing Doctor Who praise and punishment. A year later, Chris (also in Edmonton, AB) was added to the team, and The Three Who Rule were bor... more

  • Why not talk about what you do like?

On a recent episode, one host genuinely wished that the entire Ncuti Gatwa era didn't exist at all. :(

Every week they wish the show would go on indefinite hiatus. Or, their newest pet theory is that the show should become a pure adult anthology series à la True Detective. Huh?

I don’t mind critical opinions. But the show even speaks of the FORTHCOMING Sea Devils miniseries as if it is obviously stupid and that they’re doing the listener a favor by even watching it. Very tiresome.

  • Seems like they don’t enjoy the show anymore

I used to love this podcast as my only source of doctor who commentary as an American. Lately it seems they don’t even enjoy watching the episodes and their reviews are just so negative. They just suggested the show should take a multi year hiatus instead of let RTD continue. I had to turn it off and it’s likely the last time I’ll listen.
