If the hosts are genuine in their desire to “sit with” how the ending of this episode was a reveal to them, I’d invite them to listen to the excellent Time And Relative Blackness in Space podcast to hear two Black Who fans’ brilliant discussion of it. Y’all missed a staggering amount of casual violence, dog whistles, and micro aggressions. New to this podcast and this was also a bummer of a way to discover that despite having a rotating group of hosts from around the world, not a single one is a... more

  • Beautiful!

My absolute favourite podcast! As a young female fan of Doctor Who it’s so lovely to hear women talk both intelligently and fanish-ly about my favorite thing! The support and love this group of people have for each other completely comes through to me as a listener and makes it such a comforting podcast to listen to!

  • I like it

Just started listening during the 60th specials. I like it. There is a little too much repeated bashing of the previous tennant/Tate/rtd era for my taste, but that’s a matter of personal vibe. I get criticism! But I’ve had to start utilizing the skip button when the same negative takes I’ve heard over the past 15 years are needlessly retread. But while I search for the elusive dw podcast that doesn’t bring me down, I will return to this one 😂. I love hearing the ladies

  • The Verities are back like they never left!!!

My Verities, how I’ve missed you! This is the best Doctor Who podcast out there, back from its hiatus with delightful renewed energy and passion. It’s clear that the hiatus did you a world of good. I’m so glad you took time for yourselves—and that you came back in time for the 60th. Verity! has been my constant companion since I rejoined the Doctor Who fandom with the casting of Jodie Whittaker in 2017. Since then, the podcast has held my hand as I waded into online fandom, Classic Who, and conv... more
