I started listening to this podcast when I got pregnant and it has been so informative, helpful, and encouraging through out pregnancy and now as a new mom. Brooke always provides very practical tips and advice and I also enjoy the guests she brings on the podcast.
I love how Brooke unpacks so many interesting and sometimes controversial topics with knowledge, humor and kindness. I’ve been listening since I got pregnant with my first and def one of my favorite motherhood podcasts!!
