  • Time to stop

Matt totally overpowers every time anyone has an opinion and is basically bullish and rude. Material getting old. American intro for an Aussie podcast and info being repeated. Living off a weight loss of ten years using images that old. Get some new tricks Matt. Your time has ended.

  • Scammers

They are scammers and are definitely not trained medical people so therefore they are playing with your health. Stay away. Go elsewhere to get the right care by your doctor

  • Straight forward

These folks have it right. It’s no frills, it’s anti-fad dieting, it’s about consistency and eating healthy. And I love the swearing. Fun to listen to.

  • The real story

Matt and Courtney tell you the real deal, whether you want to hear it or not. I love their honesty! I live in the US, so their accent rocks haha. What I like the most is that they are motivating, and help you believe that you can actually change your habits and have success. BTW I don’t mind the mansplaining because we all know Courtney is the boss.

  • Good Info

I enjoy this podcast for the information given and the relatability. I do find that Matt can be quite rude and condescending to Courtney which bothers me. I have still given 5 stars so maybe take this as constructive criticism.
