  • Eh

Social media influencer problems apply here - blabbering about a bunch of nothing with the facade that it's truly healing support. When most of the time how and what's shared here comes from the underbelly of disconnection, judgement, and an arrogance to sell their product/beliefs. You are 10x better off unsubscribing, listening to the quiet of your own intuition, and relying on the small or large support you have in your own community.

  • A Welcomed Find

It is sometimes hard for me to follow along as they seem to be in another realm of health and wellness that I haven’t touched yet, but I appreciate how it seems they simply invite the listener into a conversation they’re having as friends. It’s cozy, insightful, inspiring, and a new feel-good listen when I need some life reminders + inspiration.

  • Necessary conversations

If you're interested in this podcast, listen to it in order.

Each concept builds on previous ones, and if you don't (currently) have the mindset that can pick up anything from what they're saying, starting at the beginning will make that obvious to you.

My experience was trying to listen to a topical episode during a difficult season and becoming overwhelmed/anxious/feeling talked-down-to. The irony is that I needed to personally establish and fill up myself more (which they talk about consta... more

  • Unfortunate Pass

A friend was raving about this podcast so I actually really excited to find something that was a little bit more informative, because I already have quite a lot of knowledge from being a more earth-centered mama for 24 years. I am quite disappointed by what I found. Just a bunch of chatting about how everyone is doing it all wrong and the only way is to buy their “offerings” for thousands of dollars. I would never buy something like this with the information being available for free. You’re just... more

  • Please share actual information

This podcast could be really cool. Lots of good concepts talked about and interesting points made, but zero actual helpful information unless you pay for it. Listening to this just makes you leave feeling more anxious and questioning everything you’re doing.
