I was so skeptical of this show when it was released. I’ve followed Kori on Instagram and listened to her on other podcasts. I expected to hear “rules” on how to live an unattainable lifestyle, in the name of wellness. Gosh, am I blown away! I’ve learned so much about self accountability from these wise women. I have a whole new appreciation for the knowledge they share and their perspectives! This podcast feels much less judgmental than I was anticipating and is full of humility and honesty.
The ideas spoken about on this podcast are excellent. Mothers being the thermostat of the family, our children being a “feedback loop” for who we are, fathers providing and protecting their families. I love how they look at the root issue of problems in the family. The importance of sunlight and being outside.

true wisdom. thank you for sharing this, Kori, Michale, and Molly

BUT when you do take responsibility, there is freedom from your own bondage!! YOU ARE CAPABLE OF SO MUCH!!
I would suggest starting from the beginning to really understand th... more
Social media influencer problems apply here - blabbering about a bunch of nothing with the facade that it's truly healing support. When most of the time how and what's shared here comes from the underbelly of disconnection, judgement, and an arrogance to sell their product/beliefs. You are 10x better off unsubscribing, listening to the quiet of your own intuition, and relying on the small or large support you have in your own community.
