  • Brilliant concept, brilliantly done

I stumbled across this podcast while looking for general health info. When I heard the intro to each episode, the belief that building muscle and health encourages the spread of plant-based diets, I smiled. How true and how clever that is. One major stumbling block of animal-friendly lifestyles is the perception of those who do them: wimpy, skinny, not robust. • It’s ok

There is helpful info for beginners as well as people who need motivation and a sense of accountability. However, sometimes I find that Leif talks too much and is repetitive. May 1st episode, it would have been better to go back and forth with tips than just listen to him the entire time. On the other hand, when he is doing interviews, he has little engagement rather he just goes on to the next question instead of genuinely responding with interest.
