So many truths and honest observations. Balanced, calm, gracious, and comforting. These institutions tend to replace the Holy Spirit with their traditions and culture generally coming from the pastor. The church makes it hard to love Jesus and to experience grace. However, believers are leaving these pulpit led top to bottom institutes and back to Jesus.
