Fantastic podcast, inspired me on my runs. Love watching world tri series & the endurance the athletes have, can’t wait for more TriPod podcasts.
I only discovered TriPod this week and have listened to the entire series back-to-back. It’s incredibly inspiring and informative, plus there are fantastic guests every week.
It’s got a lovely relaxed feel and I love that it’s female-led. I’d recommend it to anyone who loves sport, not just triathlon. Fingers crossed for series two!
Initial thoughts are good, but the background noise is very off putting. Could someone maybe teach them how to use microphones?
I’m signed up to the same GoTri event as Deborah James and it was on a training day for this that I heard about The TriPod from a fellow newbie triathlete. Great recommendation - thanks Phil!
I have really enjoyed listening to each episode and feel like it is helping me to approach the big day calmly and prepared.
I’m also in awe of Lloyd for taking on the Olympic distance. Good luck Lloyd, Jo and Deborah and well done to everyone involved with this podcast.
I’m about to do my first triathlon and this pod has been really helpful in giving top tips and making me feel like anyone can do it - you really don’t have to be like an elite athlete to enter. It follows on from Louise Minchin’s book which was a big part in me signing up for a tri in the first place.
