    As a 41-year-old woman experiencing what I believe to be perimenopausal symptoms, I have struggled with joint pain, especially in my shoulders, and have noticed that it often flares up around the time of my period. Over time, I've also dealt with gradual weight gain, a lack of energy, and the toll these issues have taken on my mood. Despite seeking help from my doctors, I hadn't found the guidance or support I needed.

  • Very impressed with the knowledge wish I could afford the training

    Very impressed with these podcasts and the knowledge. I would love to do the personal coaching but just not in a place at the moment where I could afford to.     I’ve been listening to this podcast for around 6 months and I’m learning so much about nutrition and exercise for menopause. The client interviews are really inspiring. The food ideas are super helpful. And the science behind it all is clear.     Informative but very repetitive. Each week they talk about the same thing….hormones, foods to avoid and the lingo is the same. After a few podcasts I couldn’t bear to hear it anymore. Such a shame as the premise is good.
