    As a 41-year-old woman experiencing what I believe to be perimenopausal symptoms, I have struggled with joint pain, especially in my shoulders, and have noticed that it often flares up around the time of my period.   • Very impressed with the knowledge wish I could afford the training

    Very impressed with these podcasts and the knowledge. I would love to do the personal coaching but just not in a place at the moment where I could afford to.     Informative but very repetitive. Each week they talk about the same thing….hormones, foods to avoid and the lingo is the same. After a few podcasts I couldn’t bear to hear it anymore. Such a shame as the premise is good.
