What a lazy podcast. I don’t disagree with the premise of the episode, but it was mostly slander without any real science behind it. You dismissed peptide research by claiming there’s “no science,” yet animal studies are science—and you cited nothing showing lack of efficacy. Then you pivoted to say you were fine taking fruit that showed no benefit. The kicker, though, was when you claimed semaglutide can’t be taken orally because it would be broken down in the stomach. I can’t remember how I came across this podcast, but Allen neurologist, in fairly high-level triathlete, this has been a brilliant find.
