A number of the episodes are poorly produced. Though the topics are interesting the content doesn’t feel well thought out with an unbiased analytical mind. It feels like everything has a surface understanding without a lot of depth, and a lot of emotional opinion stating.

This podcast is so, so good! I listen to many podcasts and this is one of my favorite ones. Highly recommend.
I was listening to season 1. To suggest Lennon’s murder was connected to the lives and actions of Eugene O’Neill, his daughter Oona and JD Salinger writing Catcher In The Rye is completely contrived. I didn’t even listen to the episode about Vladimir Lenin. John Lennon was murdered because Mark David Chapman is mentally ill and violent. If Chapman didn’t read Catcher In The Rye then I’m sure there is some other book that his sick mind could have twisted around for the same purpose. This pod... more
