Today’s episode is a life update! We ate a random snack platter- grapes, cheese, crackers, nuts, etc. Erinn assembled it, we both devoured it.

SO glad I found this podcast! Rachel and Erinn are a riot. I know absolutely nothing about food and nutrition. Listening about this podcast has been eye opening: they make learning about nutrition fun and easy. Not to mention, their other topics are always interesting and entertaining (i.e. their beauty products podcast). I listen to this every time I have a long drive and find myself eager for the next episode. Keep it up Erinn and Rachel!
I listen to this podcast on my commute to work, makes the drive go by quicker! I've also taken several suggestions and made some recipes from their episodes, I haven't been disappointed yet! Great lighthearted, informative podcast that I will be recommending to everyone!!
As a Dietitian and Podcast addict, I listen to a lot of health related podcasts. This show is one of my favorites because in addition to body positive nutrition discussions it also includes a variety of topics from sleep to relationships. I also appreciate their hilarious taste test segments which have saved me tons of money since I don't have to try all the newest flavors of potato chips!
The Table Chat Show is my new favorite podcast. A perfect blend of wisdom and whimsy, Erinn and Rachel provide both comic relief and keen insight into the world of nutrition and food. Listening to the podcast feels like you are hanging out with your dearest friends.
The episode about intuitive eating was my favorite so far! It made me listen to my body instead of eating just to eat. The hosts are professional dietitians but down-to-earth. They do not tell you to diet or exercise your life away instead to find a balance and be educated about nutrition. I can't wait to bake those chocolate chip cookies you made me drool away from Denver.
