  • The best

There are a few people like Zack in the world. He constantly pushes himself and looks for the same dedication in others. This is not the podcast for all. Only a select few with that same fire in their belly will appreciate his enthusiasm for hard work in life, the gym and business. I applaud Zach for sharing his thoughts and giving his blood sweat and tears so that we may all be better.

  • Best of the Best in the World of Strength

Been following Zach since 2015 but this was the first time listening to The STRONG Life. Amazing episode with Logan Gelbrich of Deuce Gym! Love all of his “stories of yore,” his advice, and light he shines on business strategy for gym owners. He’s also a really great interview. Appreciate the details he pulled out of Gelbrich regarding how he overcame obstacles to launch Deuce.

  • Long overdue

I’ve been a big fan of Zachs for quite sometime after I finished the lastest podcast after my weight vest walk. I figure I should share my gratitude. I’m a new dad and training and life isn’t what it used to be (but I wouldn’t change it for the world) Zachs talks about still be a savage and an awesome dad. I can honestly say I’m still working on both. Zach is a wealth of knowledge and his passion speaks volumes. His message has never changed. Be strong be capable and do good work. Thank you Zach... more

  • One of my favorite mentors

Started listening to Zack about 10 years ago when I first started my business and he’s been so helpful great knowledge, both business and strength and conditioning along with mindset and some common sense. I can’t speak highly enough about this guy! So go back to the old episodes and try to listen to all of them.

Great episode Zach. Something most of us need to hear more often than not. I just wish I was 40 years younger and could train like you did in your teens. Keep up the great shows!!
