I got introduced to Kim Constable through a 5 day fitness mindset challenge that led to a 4 week shred in September of 2023. After only hearing a few of her videos I knew that I was in love with this woman’s mindset and I needed to listen to her and more and more. I didn’t even listen to all the recordings when I bought the program. Ever since then I’ve been listening to her podcasts starting with Episode 1. I’m the type of person that likes to read things from the beginning. I can’t jump on a m... more
I have never resonated more with what Kim has to say in this Ep. I only nipped out to post a parcel but sat in my car for the whole podcast.
My biggest takeaway is that Kim is perfectly imperfect, I would never ever ever imagine Kim buying equine online courses and not seeing them through to the end.
Although she did buy an online spanish course 🤔🤔…… 😂😂.
Ive listened to all of Kims podcasts and I seldom leave a podcast without a ‘golden nugget’ from Kims teachings … and she makes me laug... more

Cant wait to see the screen play!😜
Hey Kim,
We’ve been besties for a while now and it all started back when I’d drive around for work and listen to your podcasts all day long. I’ve tried other podcasts, but no one gets that same vibe you do.
Not only do you make me work harder in the gym, because no one cares WORK HARDER but you inspire me every time I listen to you because your storytelling is on point. And I love a blooming story.
Finally, your podcast to me combines my two favourite interests, fitness and business. I am a... more
I have to say I’m loving that the podcast is back. Your no nonsense attitude and clarity is refreshing. I totally related to this weeks topic of finding your why. You made me laughter about the juice cleanse as I’ve done that too and been so miserable doing it that it never stuck. In fact that’s the story of my whole yo-yo diet life.
I jumped on the Kim train last year and I love the fitness challenges but this podcast has reminded me that I need to find a stronger why so I can finally complet... more
