I am now on day 41 alcohol free and I can’t say enough on how much Bardia has helped my Journey! His insight and wisdom on how to look at getting off alcohol is incredible. The way he explains Dopamine and the vicious cycle it can cause makes so mush sense. I have been a heavy drinker since I was 14 years old and am now 47. I wish I had found him earlier as now I am focused on my new life and looking forward to being my best self for my family and friends. I would highly recommend him for everyo... more
This is really helping me. Four days. Probably the longest I’ve gone in a decade.
Love this approach. Sensible, intelligent, but not preachy at all. Such a relatable take on this massive issue that so many people deal with. I can already think of many I would like to share this podcast with. Thank you.
I’m so glad I found this podcast. I’ve listened to many on the subject of alcohol and sobriety, but nothing that really gets to the nub of it like this one. He approaches and explains the whole topic from so many different levels, including very useful focus on some of the science. I’m finding every episode supremely useful. Also like his straight talking, no nonsense approach. I quit before finding this podcast but this is such a massive boost. Thank you!
I believe Bardia Rezaei, although exceptional in the space of quitting drinking, needs to expand to make himself more reachable. His views on human consciousness, who we are at our core, and the potential within each of us individually is unlike anything I have heard. His wisdom is profound I might say. I hope to see him showing up where more people will be exposed to this wisdom. Wow!!!
