  • I think you saved my life

Coach KIR I’m pretty sure saved my life. I have struggled with binge eating, emotional eating, over eating, disordered eating, using weight loss drugs, using recreational drugs, all to lose weight due to this addiction of being thin. I’ve been binge listening to your show (lol) and recommending it to all my emotional binge eating friends ..,for these bite-size nuggets are just the right amount to listen to and each one contains so many nuggets of wisdom, but it’s not overwhelming. I just hit Cov... more

  • You’re Phenomenal

Thank you so much Kirstin! One of the hardest things for me has been trying to explain to others my situation. Since I don’t personally know anyone else who struggles with this, it feels like I’m crazy when I tell them about it. It makes me feel like I probably feel the same as everyone else except I’m just too weak to resist my urges. But being able to hear you talk about these things is amazing! It’s like, wow! You know exactly how I feel!! I’m grateful that you are devoting such a big part of... more

  • I feel hope for the future!

I love this podcast. I finally feel HOPE. I used to think I just sucked and wasn’t strong enough, but overeating won’t go away like a normal habit. I’ve needed to learn about my brain. I scrolled all the way down to the very beginning of the podcast and I’ve just been loving it. So many answer to prayers! I don’t feel scared anymore to live on my own. Thank you🫶🏻
