  • Conditional 5 Star

I’ll give it a five on the condition that, in future episodes, we get more poop jokes. Such jokes fill around 40% of the dialogue, but I expect a whole anus worth of them in the future.

  • Uh

I wish there were less jokes. We’re here to be educated and our “professors” are wasting more than half the class on stupid questions and jokes.

If you’re looking for DBZ references, IG idiot bashing, sexual innuendo....and a smattering of training related conversation then congratulations you hit the jackpot.

  • Life Changing

Extremely intelligent, funny, and informative. It’s always a highlight to listen to the show when they come out. One thing is I wish they would better explain how we train in the hyperbolic time chamber more.

  • Entertaining

I can't decide what I love more about this podcast... the witty yet insightful banter, or that every time I hear the intro music I'm momentarily tricked into thinking I'm about to listen to an episode of Seinfeld. Five stars.

  • Entertaining and informative

I have been following Dr. Mike Isratel for a few years now on social media and read many of his books/some of which are co authored with Dr. James. I can at least say that these two are truly scholars of any topic health and fitness related and they are so fun to listen to. They give it to you straight. Yet they aren’t just leaving you with black and white answers - context is key.

Great podcast but I can’t help myself from hearing that guy profusely breathing into the mic. Sounds like he’s about to have a heart attack

  • If Albert Einstein, Ronnie Coleman, and George Carlin had baby (3 men can produce a child, right?)

Dr Mike and Dr Hoffman continuously put out the best content in the fitness industry. A beautiful blend of honest critical thinking, sports science, swearing, and lewd humor.
