Have tapped into a few of the podcasts over the last few weeks and this is by far the best! It’s practical, human, funny, non preachy & just the right of info to digest each time. Louisa creates a great conversation around the ‘real’ good & tough bits about renegotiating your relationship with alcohol. Found her journey very relatable & also do-able. I’ve been following her 30 days Daily Dry Jan snippets … so good!
