  • Thank you! A community!

Teri - your podcast has been excellent as I listen too and from work! I became AF a year ago with support of This Naked Mind so I absolutely love your podcast with the foundation in This Naked Mind, your oh so knowledgable and thoughtful solo episodes, and your incredible guests. I haven’t really found a local in-person community so your podcast is part of “my community” on this journey. Thank you!!! I certainly also feel that being AF is my super power!
