I’ve been a coach for over 10 years and I continue to find amazing resources that I use in my own life. I often share these podcast with my clients as well. Jayson is a must listen.
Love your episodes. It was very helpful understanding the very simplified version of how to be grateful for your parents and understand that dynamic better.
Tune into episode 531 if you're on the fence with therapy, coaching, and their costs. Having fired multiple therapists myself I sought coaching and achieved results therapy was unable to achieve. Yes, it's expensive but Jayson's whole podcast series is a great road map for all things in life.
This is an outstanding podcast which captures so much wisdom! It’s helpful for anyone in their personal and professional lives. I can’t wait to dig into the older episodes!
Gold: “Just like a great coach or therapist, they can't do it for you. You have to make the human journey. No one's coming to save you. No one's coming to rescue you. And no one can do it for you. So, all of the information, all the guidance, all the tools, you've got to pick up the hammer and use it. You got to get in the vehicle and drive it. You got to pick up the weight and lift it.”
